To uncover the root of the problem and meet each client’s unique needs, I tailor my therapeutic approach to the individual. I incorporate a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Faith-based, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance Therapy, and Reality Therapy.

In-person 5-week Psychoeducation group for individuals struggling with relationships, perfectionism, and work-life balance. The group will begin on August 1st, 2024 and is scheduled every Thursdays from 6pm-7pm EST.
