It is my belief that people are meant to be deeply known and know others. My mission is to help individuals and couples be fully seen, heard, and understood in their relationships. As a couples and premarital counselor, I help couples navigate the complexities of relationships by providing them with communication tools, conflict resolution strategies, and a deeper understanding of their emotional needs and attachment styles.
I also specialize in dating therapy, helping individuals who struggle with the dating process to overcome their fears, attachment issues, and negative self-talk. When dealing with divorce or break up, I provide a safe space to navigate the difficult emotions and transitions that come, while also providing practical tools to move forward in a healthy way.
