This is accomplished by building the tools and insights needed to overcome roadblocks, while better utilizing strengths. I use specifically designed experiences to help make therapy useful, motivating, and memorable. I work extensively with adolescents and their families. Many of my clients are struggling to manage stress from school or work and this stress has negatively impacted important relationships. I also offer specialized training for families to learn the five components of healthy conflict to help make unavoidable conflict beneficial.
