I use different evidenced based treatment modalities to help people change their relationship with drugs/alcohol. I work along side folks to help understand why substances have created a challenge and learn to break cycles and change patterns. I see people in all stages of recovery. I use a non-judgemental approach to help normalize the reasons why we drink.
I use a straightforward approach that does not lead with abstinence. I recognize that healing and unlearning old patterns takes time so it is important to meet you where you are at. I see people in all stages of their journey and recovery and hope to connect with you.
