Hello, My name is Pavly Abdelmalek and I am a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT). I enjoy using a variety of different approaches to therapy and I will tailor them according to your needs. My focus areas of practice will always start with providing a comfortable non-judgmental environment for you accompanied with the highest level of empathy throughout the therapeutic process. If you have a goal in mind then we will collaboratively assess it and closely follow it throughout our sessions. If you are unsure or do not have a goal then do not worry, we will spend time to understand you and will collaboratively come up with a goal during our time.
During the first session, the sole goal is to understand you and your therapeutic needs. I will be tailoring my questions depending on you.
