Domestic Violence/Anger Management Group

This group is a supportive environment, allowing for questions and clarifications during discussions. Group topics range from the importance of accountability, learning healthy ways to express anger, and having an increased awareness of how the use of power and control has negative effects on a relationship. Group also provides information on how to have healthy, non-controlling relationships. Sessions are 1.5 hours long, group members attend 24 sessions.
