I have a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have specialized training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy for Individuals and Couples. I also have specialized training as a Reiki practitioner helping clients use holistic healing methods to work through trauma and other stored emotions, restoring harmony and balance to the body and mind.
