Currently I work with The Feeling Space private practice and I am supervised by Lisa Jellison, M.A., LMFT 46430/ LPCC820. I provide services to preteens (10-12 yrs old), teenagers (13-19 yrs old), adults (18+) and those in the Perinatal Community and Veteran Community. I also provide a safe space for body positive discussion and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
I work from a Social Justice and Advocacy framework and provide a safe space to discuss different aspect of systems theory. I am trained in many things as to better support you in this journey, to name a few of my favorites are EMDR, Trauma Resilience Model (somatic work), Trauma Focused-CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Perinatal Mental Health.
