Hi! I'm Paulann and I provide counseling to adults at WholeLife Integrative Therapy, LLC. I understand that the decision to start therapy can be difficult but I belief that life’s challenges can create beautiful opportunities for growth and transformation. My goal is to create an environment to help you feel safe and comfortable to help that change to occur. I have a skills-based approach to therapy, meaning that I not only want you to feel better through conversation and insight, but I will also teach you skills and resouces to use outside of sessions to manage your mood and mental health.
I have a particular interest in using EMDR in therapy to treat trauma and dissociation. I also have a strong interest in the mind-body connection and incorporate mindfulness exercises into my treatment approach.
I will do my best to provide a safe and healing space for you to begin to live a happier, more fulfilled life.
