I am a licensed Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist. I work with individuals and couples. I have been in practice for over 25 years using a cognitive behavioral approach. More recently I have been using the TEAM model developed by Dr. David Burns to help clients more quickly resolve issues of depression and anxiety. These techniques are also very helpful in working through relationship problems and changing unwanted habits. I use a collaborative approach the requires that the client and I work closely together to develop a very individual treatment plan.
I work with clients on anxiety, stress, panic attacks, depression, relationship issues, work and school problems, shyness, and habits and addictions. Mental health problems can affect anyone at anytime in one's life. My goal is to help clients work through difficult times to achieve a rich and rewarding life.
