Teen Social Skills: PEERS
This evidenced-based group is for teens to learn and practice the skills needed to navigate the social world. Topics of this group include maintaining appropriate friendships, making the right choices in social situations, development of healthy self-esteem, finding common interests with peers, non-verbal communication, and dealing with teasing/bullying, peer conflict, and rejection. We have middle school and high school aged groups. Samantha Samarelli, M.A. is our group facilitator. The next session is set to begin Jan 2023. Contact us to be added to the waitlist.

Teen Connection
This group is a process group for teens who have been experiencing isolation, social anxiety, and poor self-esteem. It is a safe space that offers them an opportunity to share experiences and relate to similar age peers. Participants will meet once a week for an hour. This group is facilitated by Crystal Rodriguez, M.S. and supervised by Dr. Shaw.
