Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in California, Missouri, and Illinois. I am also an Organizational Psychologist. I work individually with adults aged 18 to 99 years. Many of my clients come in to address Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, and Career Transitions. I am particularly passionate about serving clients who want to continue to grow and develop. I also have advanced training in Trauma, Depression, and Anxiety.

I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Hypnotherapy. I used the therapeutic relationship to identify and understand a client’s developed interaction patterns. I teach coping and growth skills with opportunities to practice between sessions.
