I provide both couples counseling, and individual counseling for adults. I assist people to move toward their life goals. When we first meet, we will discern your goals, and together we will come up with a treatment plan. Your therapy will be individualized, based upon your personal strengths and needs.
I teach relaxation and mindfulness exercises to people experiencing anxiety. I provide cognitive-behavioral therapy for depression. I assist couples to enhance communication skills and identify the impediments to maintaining their connection. For those who are seeking Christian Counseling, I integrate the Christian perspective into the counseling sessions.
