I have been working as a mental health therapist for the several years and enjoy unlocking the healing and growth within each individual. I am dedicated to empowering all people on their journey towards mental health. I love working with teens and young adults as they begin discovering who they are and who they can become. At the same time I love working with older adults as they navigate new or past challenges. Everyone has strengths they can use to help shape a more positive and bright future.
I enjoy hearing people's stories. Your story is so unique to you and help define who you are. Everyone has things in their past that may be difficult. Talking about these things along with what you might fear in the future helps you process and grow. I take a very nonjudgmental approach. One that is filled with compassion and understanding.
Therapy can and is transformative and I invite you to let me help you. Let's do this together.
