Asking for help is not easy. My goal is to work with my clients on an individualized plan to best suit their needs. Not everyone will respond to therapy the same way, and so each treatment plan should be tailored to each specific individual. I like to incorporate different styles of interventions and think outside the box with treatment. I utilize different interventions for each client to ensure treatment is working to the best of its ability.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, and developmental delays. I have also worked with the LGBTQ+ community on a number of different topics. I have experience working with those who have experienced narcissistic abuse.
What’s most important to my counseling approach is building a positive, trusting, nonjudgmental relationship with my clients, which allows my clients to feel safe in therapy. It is an honor to walk with my clients on their journey of healing and change.
