Are you having trouble managing your emotions? Do you feel fatigued and depressed? I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider. I provide individual therapy for adults experiencing symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder social anxiety, life transitions and stress.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also believe in a holistic approach to treating mental health. What we put in our body impacts not only our body but also our brain and potentially our behavior. So I also focus on diet and lifestyle to reduce symptoms to ultimately help you feel better.
I am warm, caring and compassionate. I provide a safe non-judgmental environment for clients to speak openly without fear.
