We will respectfully unpack the past, and create growth in new directions geared toward self-exploration while relieving anxiety, depression, body image struggles, infertility, marriage and premarital issues, as well as parenting, and divorce, and loss.
Postdoctoral training in childhood, adolescence, family and couples counseling, has added skill to my understanding of the uniqueness of you. Utilizing my skills, my approach is empathic, instructive, reflective and intuitive--across the life dilemmas described. No issue is too large, or too small to be addressed in this safe and nonjudgmental space.
Beyond the clinical, my practice addresses issues regarding wellness and healthy lifestyles. Here, I will coach you to build your skills in self-care, and relationships; intimate, familial and/or business. We will strive to replace the negative with positive choices.Our coaching sessions, in office, or by telephone will enhance performance and well-being.
