I have over 30 years experience working with individuals on these and other concerns.
I provide short-term, solution focused counseling, as well as more in-depth therapy helping individuals address deeper issues. I tailor my treatment approach to your individual needs, drawing on a broad range of techniques and strategies, including teaching mindfulness skills.
My approach is compassionate, direct and respectful. I provide empathic listening and constructive feedback, bringing a sense of curiosity, and of humor, when appropriate.
