At 3Elements Counseling,LLC we work with individual, and families. We understand the challenges of multicultural families. Families and individuals that beside dealing with their own individual patterns of anxiety, depression, dysfunctional family of origin, trauma, and child rearing challenges have to adjust to a new culture, a new country and a new rhythm of life.
At 3Elements Counseling we use different methodologies like psychodrama, mindfulness, systemic approaches, developmental psychology with the full purpose of serving better our patients. Through the use of a variety of techniques, practices and attitudes, we work towards the understanding and integration of the mind, body and spirit.
Our approach is to meet the person where they are and provide a sense of safety, understanding, and support to help the person develop the confidence to make the necessary changes. We understand that change is a process that requires time.

This group doesn’t have a particular theme, but is open to participants to explore issues they have addressed in individual therapy and they can have the opportunity to expand the exploration with the aid of the group members following the psychodrama structure. The use of action techniques and experiential methods facilitates integration of emotional, psychological and physical processes.
