I practice a psychodynamically informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that incorporates mindfulness and radical acceptance. I have expertise in perinatal mood complications (depression and anxiety disorders ), infertility, and pregnancy loss.
My advanced training includes Moving Beyond Depression TM (MBD) an evidence based In - Home Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for maternal depression and Postpartum Support International Certification Trainings. I have studied Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression as well as Acceptance Committment Therpay.
I offer a warm, authentic and collaborative style that is solution focused . I believe that we can learn to recognize and disengage from negative beliefs and patterns , borne of formative life experiences that are inaccurate or false and utimately unhelpful.
