I don't just work to help one change behavior but instead what is the motivation for the behavior. What is holding you back form walking the course that God has called you to. I offer a temperament test to help in the identification of some of the issues one maybe struggling with. I work with the client to identify how the emotion of shame is holding them back in there life, guilt is given by God to lead one to repentance, shame says you are no good. I also do group therapy for women using the Mending the Soul curriculum.
I too had to make that call many years ago when I felt there was no chance to ever have peace or joy in my life again, my story felt to heavy for words.
