My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, strength-based, and collaborative. I am a certified EMDR Therapist.
My professional background includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families who have various psychological, emotional & behavioral symptoms resulting from traumatic experiences and/or biological factors. I have assisted families with parenting, discipline, parent/child relationship issues, and children’s behavioral & emotional challenges.
