Many of my clients come to therapy because they know life has more to offer. As your therapist I will be your guide and companion on your journey to overcome these challenges.
In therapy I will help you to develop the tools and resources you need. We will work together to identify, replace, or let go of the behaviors that are no longer serving you. I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, addiction, disordered eating, relationship difficulties, trauma, and so much more.
