Through one on one sessions, workshops, and group trainings, I work to foster a space for learning, healing, and growing authentically. These services are provided in both English and Spanish. Over the years, I have trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative therapy, Trauma Focused therapy. My mission is to establish a foundation of trust, honesty, and mutual respect in hopes of supporting individuals through their mental health journey.
I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who struggle with anger, anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, and domestic violence. While emphasizing mindfulness, I encourage the use of multiple modalities to address an individual’s unique and complex journey in mental health and overall well-being.
I bring nearly a decade of combined experience in mental health and education to provide an informed, supportive, and non-judgmental approach to every collaborative session. Popular topics include boundary-setting, creating healthy habits, living authentically, self-love, and relational healing.
