I am a Christian counselor who can help individuals, families and couples overcome hurdles in their lives. I can help people with many psychological issues that they are dealing with including trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, abuse and behavior modification. In addition I can offer mediation and life coaching services. I specialize in using EMDR and CBT.
I am a Christian counselor with the professional training and experience to lead spiritually through the healing process. My therapeutic approach involves relating biblical truths to life situations while using EMDR, CBT and other interventions to create growth and healing.
I have a vast range of experience including being involved with the inpatient psychiatric setting, crisis intervention, school based therapy, mobile therapy and outpatient therapy. I specialize in EMDR, CBT and psychotherapy to heal trauma and mood disorders.
