I've been a counselor since graduating from James Madison University in 2007. Since that time I have helped individuals of all ages and backgrounds overcome their personal struggles. My focus is working with adolescents and adults on concerns such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and stress related to life transitions.
