I enjoy working with others who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and other life issues. These "other life issues" can be widespread and varied including relationship struggles, need for life changes, and desire for self-actualization.
I offer psychotherapy for a wide range of human issues and focus on the individual and meet them where they are at. As the therapeutic journey unfolds, differing techniques may be helpful such as Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, all with the client's psyche and goals in mind.
