My approach is founded in compassion and support for my clients to explore new ways to relate to themselves and others while doing so in a creative environment through recreation. Using humor and games, clients can feel supported, safe, and free to let go of their fears and insecurities through the connections we make and the goals we set forth. Challenging experiences are welcomed in our work together to bring new light and lightheartedness to the struggles my clients experience, and a comforting voice to hear when it feels as if no one is listening. I offer both traditional styles of psychotherapy as well as non-traditional.
I am here to support you in the best way I can and how we can decide to do the work together. My focus is on building our relationship through trust and safety so that we can create the right treatment plan for you and set manageable goals that you can accomplish.
