I am not accepting new clients at this time. My therapeutic approach is rooted in my deep belief in the inherent value, dignity and resilience of human persons. We are survivors doing our best to cope with the adversity that life throws our way. When our resources become overwhelmed, we often realize that we are suffering and need some guidance to get back on track. My role as a counselor is to come alongside my clients and empower them on their journey back to resilience, health, and wholeness. I deeply believe in second chances, that we all deserve the opportunity to try again until we find our way.
So often we avoid our feelings because we carry heavy burdens from past hurts. As I work with individuals, couples and families, I practice through an emotion-focused, attachment oriented framework so I can help my clients reconnect with their feelings and experience a renewed hope and meaning in life.
