I work primarily from a relational psychodynamic model. This in-depth approach focuses on addressing underlying core issues. Together, we'll uncover how aspects of your past are manifesting in current patterns. As old ways of being and relating are explored and relinquished, room is created to become unstuck as you move toward healthier ways of living.
