Welcome! I offer full service mental health therapy, life, and career counseling services. I am a father, husband, and veteran. I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life and socio-economic backgrounds. In my almost 10 years working as a therapist, I have gained experience and knowledge to assist others in almost every avenue of life. Let me help you get your life goals on track and interrupt the cycle of poor habits, unproductive thought patterns, ideas, and behaviors.
I have extensive experience working with individuals on a variety of issues, including: Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Relationship difficulties , Self-esteem issues, and Life transitions. Additionally, I have worked with individuals who are adjusting to retirement and empty nest syndrome.
Therapy can seem daunting, intimidating, or scary. When you meet with me, you come to an environment that is welcoming, comfortable, and safe. We can sit and chat and exchange ideas about how you feel at a pace that you are most comfortable with. The time you choose to invest is very important to me.
