My approach is a personalized care where all of my clients have the ability to create their own course of treatment. I have multiple years experience providing individualized, solution focused therapy. I have worked with children as young as 5 and adults to age 70. Success with both individual and family treatment comes naturally. After meeting with me, you will walk away with the knowledge of how to improve your life. You will understand what treatment will look like, clear goals will be created, and a solid foundation on what to expect moving forward.
Throughout the course of treatment, you will begin to learn about yourself. You will learn what works and what does not in terms of how to improve and maintain a positive lifestyle. By the time we are finished with treatment, you will be ready to face the world all on your own.
