Hello! My name is Paul and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida and have been practicing for over five years. I have worked with clients in a variety of settings: residential rehab centers, department of corrections, hospitals, and community care centers. I help clients by providing a safe outlet to express themselves, discuss life, and set goals. The topic of improving one’s self-awareness and emotional regulation skills comes up frequently. I work with clients who are looking to identifying purpose for oneself and finding meaning and healthy connection in life.
As a therapist for over five years, my strengths come from the experiences I’ve gained working in different mental health settings. I am experienced in managing crisis situations, identifying challenges, and helping clients achieve their goals by providing supportive accountability by working together as a team.
