My ideal clients are individuals, couples, and families needing guidance as they work towards better mental health, effective coping skills, and healthy relationships.
Using primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I use an eclectic mix of therapies to best meet my client's needs. I offer help in the areas of marriage and family, grief, anger management, and other areas of need. I offer to walk alongside the client and help them in their work toward healthy goals.
I have a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Education and Supervision from Regent University. I have served professionally in mental health agencies and private practice since 2011 and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri since 2013.
