While the core of my experience is focused on adolescents I am passionate about working with adults of various ages and backgrounds. My dedication is particularly focused on working with ADHD/ADD, autism, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and grief, as well as struggles with identity, values, and meaning.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Roger Williams University and a master’s degree in Social Work from Montclair State University. At the core of my practice lies a commitment to person-centered care. I firmly believe in empowering and supporting individuals to take charge of their own journey toward healing and growth.
