I work with motivated adults and adolescents to help them cope with transitions in their lives where they feel stuck and in emotional pain. My clients usually want tools they can use themselves as well as a healing environment. I work collaboratively with clients to cultivate their strengths as well as support them in overcoming inner obstacles. They want a more positive relationship with themselves and others and to move forward in healthy ways behaviorally. They want better boundaries and joy in their lives.
Our relationship is always the priority. Using mindfulness-based, Internal Family systems practices to help clients decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression, and manage stressors that get in the way of their wellness. Transitions often bring on challenges that are painful but offer rewarding insights.
