Welcome! I am a masters level therapist with over 16 years of experience working with children and adults from all walks of life, struggling with a wide variety of emotional, behavioral, and mental health conditions. I have training in multiple trauma related treatments and evidence based therapies. I truly love helping individuals bust through feelings of worthlessness and low self-esteem, and am generally comfortable working with any treatment need. At this time, I offer telehealth services only.

I view counseling as a trusting partnership in which together we explore your hopes and dreams for the future, while identifying and working through the current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors getting in your way.
