Life can be very overwhelming at times and connections with others are important. Sometimes we have difficulty connecting and overreact and don't know why. Sometimes we have unmet needs but we’re not really sure what those are. Sometimes we are in a loving relationship but we shift from closeness to distance. I specialize in trauma and have been trained in EMDR and Brainspotting. I also work with couples and have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, an attachment model. I also provide post divorce therapy.
