Years of clinical hypnotherapy training, and the success my clients achieve in applying relaxation training at work and in their personal lives, has been truly gratifying. I enjoy teaching patients Clinical Hypnotherapy, and the vast benefits to my clients. It is a joy to watch clients overcome phobias, pain disorders, anxiety, and stop habits, regaining self-confidence and empowerment .
I implement cognitive behavioral and insight oriented therapy, positive but realistic goal setting, in helping my patients measure their own growth and progress. I specialize in depression, anxiety disorders, bariatric evaluations, stress management ,medically related pain, diabetes, obesity, & cardiac rehab. Incorporating : Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy.
Most of my referrals come from physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, former and current clients. I recently completed an advanced medical hypnotherapy training; and I am constantly refining my therapy skills, to better serve my clients.I am actively involved in the fight for human rights, domestic violence legislation, and stopping childhood obesity.
