I am a clinically licensed therapist and have been working with individuals and couples for the past 15 years in helping them navigate through difficult times and situations to a place of fulfillment. I have also worked with teens in the high school environment and am focused on helping students find their voices and deal with the challenges of everyday life including college and career planning. Teen life is difficult these days and my compassionate style can help the struggling teen navigate these difficult waters.
