As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 30 years of experience, my goal is to provide a safe, accepting environment to foster healing and transformation. I have a holistic practice in which body, mind and spirit are addressed as part of the counseling process. I believe within each of us is already the wisdom we need to move through our pain and to be healed. My role is that of a facilitator in assisting you to access that inner knowing.

I provide counseling to adults and couples.. My clinical expertise includes stress management, spirituality, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and relationship issues. I have been trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, proven effective for anxiety, depression and pain management, and EMDR, proven helpful for issues from trauma.

I became certified as a Healing Touch Practitioner in 2016. Healing Touch is a gentle, energetic healing modality that has been shown to be helpful with depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia, insomnia, and a general feeling of well being.
