I use a present-centered, relational approach drawing on psychodynamic and mindfulness techniques. I have post-graduate certification in Gestalt therapy, a psychotherapy focused on developing your awareness and freedom in the here and now.
Before we begin, I will help you understand your insurance coverage. Often, 60-70% of my fee can be reimbursed. I offer remote sessions.
