My ideal client is working with young children and young adults who have issues with ADHD, depression, anxiety, issues with stress, and school and are in need of finding someone to help them feel better about themselves, improve their self-esteem and also improve their ability to feel emotionally and socially supported by others. I am here to help these clients build stronger bonds and have more belief within themselves and to help reduce problems in school, at home, and also at work to enrich their lives each and every day more effectively.
I am a person-centered therapist at heart and believe in helping client's to build autonomy and more self-awareness within themselves to help them feel more able to make positive changes in their lives, improve their confidence levels, and enhance all aspects of their lives (Work, school, relationships, etc.).
