I am licensed in NJ & NY and have extensive experience supporting both healthcare providers and family caregivers. I have personally treated thousands of patients in my 20+ years and include Caring for the Caregiver as part of my focus. I provide psychotherapy for family caregivers and healthcare professionals especially. I care deeply about my patients and am here to help you.
My PhD is in Clinical Psychology and my Post-Doctoral Fellowship was in Rehabilitation Psychology-Clinical Neuropsychology at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. I am a former Clinical Assistant Professor at the NYU School of Medicine, Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and licensed in NY #014553 and NJ #018917.
My approach is truly collaborative: treatment is determined as much by each client's strengths and needs as it is by my guidance and expertise. I believe that the key to healing is rooted in self-understanding and action. Well-being can be achieved through acknowledging and addressing unhealthy patterns that get in the way.
