I also help my clients to be mindful during times of crisis as well as teaching healthier ways of coping. I specialize in assisting youth and adults facing challenges such as loss, abandonment, trauma, anger management, depression, anxiety, and the need for emotional support. Modalities in which I have been trained include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Strength-Based Therapy, and Anger Management.
