I specialize working with individuals who are having difficulty controlling their worry and/or sadness. I help my clients get to the core of their distress and develop cognitive and behavioral strategies aimed at maximizing emotional strength. Moreover, I help couples assess their dissatisfaction and rediscover the joy in their relationship.
I hope to help you quickly resolve your distress and teach you to strategies that will enable you to resolve future distress effectively. To this aim, I implement REBT for individuals and Gottman Method for couples. I also provide Biblical Counseling for those seeking a Christian perspective on healing.
