I specialize in helping adults and teens navigate trauma, and the resulting issues such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and unhealthy coping strategies. I offer walking sessions and am especially passionate about Buddhist psychology and Mindfulness. I am honored to walk a while with you on your journey back to your genuine self; the you who thrives instead of simply existing. I do not see people as their mistakes, issues, or diagnoses. I am interested in knowing you and helping you navigate the suffering that is holding you back. All clients are welcome.
Weather permitting, I am happy to offer outdoor walking or sitting sessions at Memorial Park/Prospect Lake. I find that walking while talking adds great therapeutic benefits, increases feelings of connection, and provides the added bonus of exercise. Otherwise, I also offer telehealth virtual sessions online.
I honor your courage and commitment to invest in yourself. Please reach out with any questions you may have or to arrange sessions.
