I specialize in working with pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults, and have done so for over 14 years as a teacher (MST) and mental health practitioner (MSW) in Harlem, NY and Washington, DC. This experience has given me a tremendous amount of insight into the challenges that young people face in today's world and today's academic settings.
I have worked to support middle schoolers, high schoolers, college students and adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, autism spectrum disorder, and more. I offer a relatable approach, centered on client identified goals, and use movement to help you toward your desired outcomes.
Oftentimes, we have strengths we don't recognize that have gotten us through challenges in the past, and in taking a strengths based approach, I explore this with you.
