I work with warmth and emotional authenticity, drawing on advanced psychoanalytic training to thoughtfully treat depression, anxiety, psychosis, personality disorders, and chronic relationship stress. All of your thoughts, feelings, perceptions, and fantasies are welcome in therapy - nothing is off limits. I approach each treatment with highly individualized care, and I'll work with you to chart a course for growth based on your unique needs.
I have several years of experience as a therapist, supervisor, and consultant in a community mental health setting treating a wide range of problems. I often work with people who haven't felt relief from brief therapy interventions and psychiatric medications, and may need a more intensive treatment to address the deeper roots of distress.
