My career experience as a college counselor, in-home family therapist and school social worker allows me to be in touch with the world of young people. My practice focuses on work with gifted children, special needs students, anxiety, ADHD and mood disorders. We co-create a counseling I-pad "app" as a therapy tool. I encourage each individuals own capacity to heal and thrive.
My practice provides counseling services to children, adolescents and young adults often focusing on significant life changes. My modality synchronizes talk therapy, mindfulness and technology. I have equipment and training in Neurofeedback & Biofeedback as an alternative to medication for treatment of ADHD and anxiety.
